The silence if defining! Communications was cut off this week. They are moving. We hope that move is home, but we won’t know until his boots hit the ground in the good old United States of America.
Please pray for his wife, me and my family! Your prayers are needed.
The silence is defining!
God Bless!

We think Dwayne will be coming home soon. It has been almost a year since I last saw him. Sure do miss him. Prayfully, he will be home in May.

Let’s pray for our sailors patrolling the shores! The Navy is strong and proud! It seems at every turn Iran is trying to push us into something they really don’t want to get into. Our military is the best in the world! See the story below and pray after you read it for those sailors and their safety.
The United States warned Iran on Monday to refrain from any further provocations following a weekend standoff in the Strait of Hormuz, off Iran’s coast, that ended after U.S. ships armed their weapons in preparation to defend against threatening Iranian boats.
“We urge the Iranians to refrain from such provocative actions that could lead to a dangerous incident in the future,” National Security Council spokesman Gordon Johndroe said Monday.
Pentagon sources say five Iranian Revolutionary Guard speed boats — described as “cigarette” boats — charged at the three U.S. Navy ships sailing in the Strait of Hormuz early Sunday en route to the Persian Gulf, FOX News confirmed.
The Iranian boats came within 200 yards of the U.S. ships — a cruiser, a frigate and a destroyer that U.S. officials said were on a routine transport mission.
The U.S. ships were forced to take defensive action to avoid striking the close-by Iranian boats and armed their weapons, but neither side fired any shots.
The small Iranian boats also reportedly threw boxes into the water ahead of the U.S. boats before speeding off. It could not immediately be determined what was in the boxes.

That’s the word!! I have done no shopping, but have some gifts I made wrapped for friends and family.
Dwayne has switched over to 1st company. He went from 2nd to 1st. It’s a lot better for him. He and Bobbie’s house is going along well after they finally got started. They have the frame and are working on the frame of the roof. So, things are going well.
He has sent some pictures to Bobbie, but I haven’t got to see them yet. Packages are starting to arrive to him now. I will see if he got the ones the Red Hat Society Ladies sent as soon as I can get Bobbie to ask him. For some reason, he would rather talk to her than me when he calls. Ha, Ha. Wonder why?
Love you all!

My website has given me the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful people on God’s Green Earth!
In the previous posting of “Talked to Dwayne”, I told you how I had messed up a shipment to a Valued Customer and a Care Package to Dwayne. She got the Care Package, Dwayne will be receiving the Red Hat Purse Hangers. What a Hoot!!
Here is was Helen P out of Pennsylvania did:
I’ve been meaning to let you know that I did send the package to your son in Iraq. I mailed it on Monday and with the holiday caos this week I forgot to let you know. I put a little note in the package apologizing for opening his letter and said I hoped he got a good laugh about receiving some Red Hat purse hooks! Since the package was already opened (by me) I included a bag of pretzels that are made locally. Just to give him a taste of Penna. As for the shipping cost of his package, that’s on me. It’s the least I can do for him for serving his country. It really didn’t cost that much. In fact, I sent a package the same day to my granddaughters that weighed a lot less and only went to Ohio and was only $2.00 cheaper!! I’ve been having a good laugh telling my friends of the mix-up. It’s a cute story to tell.
It makes you have faith in people again to know that she exists in the world, doesn’t it.
God Bless you Helen!
